Account Questions

    • What happens after my license expires?

If you do not renew your license, you will no longer have access to download themes, updates or receive technical support. You are free to continue using the themes for as long as you like on your websites. All licenses can be renewed after 12 months at 50% off of the original price.

    • Can I use my themes after one year?

Yes, you can use all the themes you’ve downloaded before your subscription has ended. Just note that you won’t have access to any updates to those themes.

    • Are the licenses valid for a lifetime?

Yes, you can use our products on your website even if your annual license expires. However, in order to receive access to updates and support you’ll need to renew your annual license.

    • How much does it cost to renew my license?

You’ll be able to renew your license at a 50% off discounted rate of the current product price within 60 days of your product license expiring. After the 60 days are over you would need to pay the full price for a license renewal. You will be sent an email when it is time to renew the license.

      Common Issues

    • Issues Caused by Plugin Incompatibility

If you notice that the theme behaves not as expected, or if you see some code/text in a place where it shouldn’t be, make sure that you go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and deactivate all active plugins. In many cases an outdated or poorly-coded plugin could cause unexpected behavior.

    • Test website in more than one browser

If your website behaves in an unexpected manner or if you have noticed a potential bug, please check your website in more than one browser. In many cases some personal, local browser settings may affect aspects of your browsing experience.

    • Your website’s homepage is very much different than the Live Demo

Most of THEMESATION WordPress themes require that you don’t set a Static Page as your homepage, unless stated otherwise in the Theme’s Documentation page.

To check this, go to Settings > Reading and make sure that Front page displays is set to Your latest posts, not a static page.

    • My changes are not visible on the website

If you have made some changes on your website, such as CSS rules, make sure that you edit the file on your live website, and not just on your hard drive.
Also, try refreshing/clearing your browser’s cache. In most browsers this can be done by hitting CTRL+R.

Technical Support is provided on our Support Desk via tickets. This is the quickest and most efficient way for anyone who has purchased a theme package to receive support. Moreover, the support that we offer shall include common issues and bugs that might occur, and not necessarily customization of any themes.

    • What are the differences between a Free and a Premium Theme?

There are hundreds (if not thousands) of free themes for WordPress, most of these however are of poor quality and with no support from the developer/designer of the theme.
